# Shipping Policy
## 1. Shipping Scope
We only provide shipping services to the United States and Australia at present. We do not support delivery to other countries or regions temporarily.

## 2. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and arranged for shipment within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
Orders placed on weekends and official holidays will be processed on the next working day.

## 3. Delivery Time
### United States
Standard cross-border shipping: 7–18 business days
### Australia
Standard cross-border shipping: 10–22 business days
Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, local postal backlog, force majeure and other uncontrollable factors, which are not within our responsibility scope.

## 4. Shipping Cost
The exact shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page according to the destination country and order weight before you complete payment.
We occasionally launch free shipping promotional activities, which shall be subject to the rules displayed on the website during the activity period.

## 5. Customs & Import Duties
The recipient shall be responsible for any import tariffs, customs duties, tax fees and customs inspection expenses generated during customs clearance in the destination country.
We will fill in the declared value according to the actual order amount in accordance with international customs regulations, and cannot modify the declared value arbitrarily.

## 6. Undeliverable & Returned Parcels
If the package is returned due to incorrect address, invalid recipient information, recipient refusal to sign for the package or failure to pay customs duties, the buyer needs to bear the round-trip logistics cost if resending is required.
Unclaimed packages that are returned to our warehouse will not be automatically refunded; we will confirm the solution with the buyer separately.

## 7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If the parcel is confirmed lost or severely damaged during transportation, please contact our customer service within 7 days after the estimated delivery time with the order number and relevant evidence. We will verify and arrange re-delivery or refund according to the logistics official feedback result.
